This boat needs a valve job and a new cooling impeller. The last time I had it out it over-heated and the motor bogged down on my way back to the marina. I had the marina check it out and run a compression test. The #2 cylinder failed @ 10 psi, the other 3 were fine. The marina mechanic told me it most likely needs a valve job, and worse case was a re-built head for around $500.00 It's priced it on www.nadaguides.com for a low retail value of $2700.00 with bimini top and teak swim step. I have owned this boat for 5+ yrs and taken good care of it, I have always kept it garaged during the winter. Carburator was rebuilt 2 yrs ago, battery is 2 yrs old, newer trailer tires, newer front to back seats, 2 speaker stereo, original top stored in stern near motor, floor is solid and interior is good for it's age.
